FROM WHICH AGE ON CAN KIDS USE BEAN BAG?

Kids are able to use Smart Bean Bag and Relax Bean Bag at any age. For our Floating Big Bean Bag, kids are desirable be able to swim and need to be accompanied by adult under 14 year old.

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN THE WEATHER IS BAD?

 

Bad weather such as rain, wind and cold temperatures might influence on our running hours. We will update the latest running hours in our website and we will call you to informal the changeable if there is a booking.

If extreme weather conditions at our site forces us to close, we will issue you a full refund or rebook for you.

COULD I CHOOSE THE COLOUR OF BEAN BAG?

We will try to get the colour you want, but we cannot promise.

DO I NEED TO BE A GOOD SWIMMER?

​

We highly recommend that you feel confident being in the open waters, as the sea can go rough and wavy. However, we supply safety gear like life jackets, and noodles that help you to navigate in the water.

COULD I TAKE YOUR BEAN BAG OUT OF YOUR BUSINESS AREA?

​

We don’t accept our customer take our bean bag to the area that out of our site.​

COULD I BRING FOOD AND DRINKS WITH ME?

​

We accept food and drinks, but if there is a big dirty in our bean bag, we have rights to charge a cleaning fee.

COULD MY DOG SIT WITH ME?

​

Unfortunately the beach area don’t have dog’s entre permission.

IF I USE FLOATING BIG BEAN BAG, COULD I LEAVE MY BELONGINGS WITH YOU TO KEEP IT SAFE?

 

​If you use our floating big bean bag, we will take care of your belongs with a locker. But if your belongings doesn’t fit our locker, will might charge $5 fee. For smart bean bag and relax bean bag users, $10 for a locker.
